How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll promptly receive an email containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor its journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Please be aware that if you order multiple items in a single transaction, they may be shipped from different locations based on stock availability. This approach ensures you receive your complete order as efficiently as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Opting for express shipping guarantees delivery within 1 to 4 business days (within Australia). Alternatively, standard shipping generally delivers within 2 to 8 business days (within Australia). Notably, standard shipping is complimentary for all orders exceeding $35.

We primarily use Sendle Australia for most deliveries within Australia.

*Please be advised: All shipping timeframes are determined by the advertised date of dispatch. If your item has a pre-order date (indicated on the product page), this serves as the estimated date of dispatch. Delivery of pre-order items will then occur within the specified timeframes mentioned above.

How do I track my order?

Upon handing it to the courier, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a 'Track Order' button leading to live tracking updates.

Haven't received the shipping confirmation yet? Your order might be on pre-order, as indicated at the time of purchase. Check your original order confirmation; you'll get the shipping confirmation on the pre-order date.

Do you ship internationally?

Although we are based in Australia, our products are cherished worldwide!

We extend shipping services to most countries, with delivery typically ranging from 6 to 20 business days.

To streamline delivery times and reduce our environmental impact, we operate warehouses in both Australia and Shen Zhen, China.

For international customers, we offer free shipping on orders surpassing $50. For orders below $50, we offer standard shipping to most countries, starting from as low as $8.30.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you're situated in Australia, enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding $35. For orders below $35, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.50.

Furthermore, we offer various shipping options, such as express or expedited shipping, which you can select during checkout for added convenience.

We extend our care to our international customers by providing free shipping on orders surpassing $50. For orders below $50, we offer standard shipping to most countries, starting from as low as $8.30.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of order delivery/receipt. However, not all items are eligible for return; exclusions are indicated on product pages or at checkout. To qualify for a return:

Initiate the return and ship the item(s) within 30 days of order delivery.

Items not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at purchase, unless faulty.

Return items in original packaging and 'as new' condition, including tags and specialty packaging.

Provide a photo of the item(s) before shipping for assessment.

Is your shipping eco-friendly?

While we strive to minimise our carbon footprint, it's important to note that some of our shipments may not yet be entirely carbon neutral. However, we are actively collaborating with our courier partners to advance towards this goal, especially for global shipping.

We take pride in using 100% compostable and recyclable packaging for our products. However, for international shipments, the shipping labels may not be compostable.

On the other hand, if you're located in Australia, rest assured that we dispatch items from our warehouse here, utilising compostable shipping labels whenever possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can! If your order was placed less than 90 minutes ago, you can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details.

If it's been more than 90 minutes since you placed your order and it's not yet shipped, email us at oceanrebuild@gmail.com with the new details and your order number.

Please note that our orders are promptly processed at our fulfillment center, which may limit our flexibility. However, rest assured, we will make every effort to assist you to the best of our ability.

*Please note: Once an order has been successfully delivered to an incorrect address, we are unable to redirect or retrieve it. Therefore, we highly recommend carefully verifying your address details entered during checkout to avoid any delivery complications.

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Concerned about a lost order? Although delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days (within Australia), delays happen.

If your item hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at oceanrebuild@gmail.com to initiate an investigation.

For International orders typically takes 6 to 20 business days.

What is insured shipping?

Despite our best efforts, occasional mishaps occur. If your package encounters a delivery issue, we can launch an inquiry. With insured shipping, if your item is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll promptly send a replacement. Without insurance, we can't guarantee a replacement for stolen items.

You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout.

What is pre-order?

A pre-order takes place when we have incoming stock that hasn't yet reached our fulfillment centers. Despite this, you can still place orders for these products, and we'll promptly ship them as soon as the stock arrives. Typically, this occurs on or around the specified date indicated on the product page.

What is the ReFresh made from? 

The Ocean Rebuild ReFresh is crafted entirely from plant-based materials, embodying sustainability from its premium Moso bamboo handle to the bristles derived from castor bean oil. Additionally, the ReFresh base is meticulously crafted from fermented plant starch.

This design ensures that the toothbrush is 100% compostable.

While the handle can be composted at home, the bristles require an industrial facility for faster composting.

Do you offer wholesale purchases? 

We're thrilled to extend our products at wholesale prices to businesses and retailers seeking to partner with us. Can I send an order as a gift? 

Certainly! You can indeed ship ReFresh products as gifts by entering the address of the fortunate recipient in the 'shipping' address field, while providing your own address as the 'billing' address.

*Please note: As we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - sorry!  

How do I use a discount code?

To apply your discount code, simply proceed to the checkout. On the initial page, you'll encounter a designated box labeled 'Gift card or discount code'. Input your discount code into this box and click 'Apply'. It's worth noting that discount codes are entered prior to reaching the payment page, ensuring transparency regarding the amount saved.

*Please be mindful: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you intend to use multiple discount codes for separate items, we recommend placing individual orders. Additionally, certain discounts may already be reflected in the form of a strikethrough price on the product page. If a code fails to apply to your order, please verify that you've entered the correct code tailored to your specific order (e.g., Some codes may be valid only for particular products).
